This place was great! A nice and quick stop off the highway for our road trip. The La Rossa salad was amazing and the yogurt and fresh fruit was delightful. :) grazi!

We were in Potenza for a few hours and were looking for a place to eat healthy food and I found this on the internet.It surprised me positively, it offers many salad combinations and you can also decide to compose it yourself with the ingredients you prefer, which is what we did. It also offers many choices of detox smoothies. Courteous staff. Low prices.A nicer thing would be to use cardboard cutlery and glasses instead of plastic, in order to limit the use of plastic.

A comfortable and pleasant place to eat healthily, difficult to find especially with such abundant and low-cost dishes. It is a place with attention to the smallest details, the staff are wonderful, they address you with gentleness and professionalism at the same time. Highly recommended!

Reference point for a healthy and natural meal. Seasonality, true and perfectly balanced flavours, light and nutritious dishes. Excellent fruit drinks.The staff is extremely knowledgeable, kind and helpful.I recommend booking/ordering in advance to avoid waiting, the place doesn't have many tables and the food is freshly prepared.

Very good and affordable. The reoccurring carrot in all 3 salads was a bit uninspiring. Some varied greens and veg would have been good in their fixed salads but you can create your own at an increased price. My only pet peeve is that they use so much plastic…pastic cutlery, containers and cups which is a big shame. No reason why you can’t wash cutlery and cut back on plastic use.
